Good to know
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to order. Upload a clear photo of a valid government ID (driver's license, state ID or passport) at checkout. Your courier checks the same ID at the door, and the name must match the order — we can't hand off to anyone else.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Foundation Farms serves adults 21+ for recreational use. No medical card or appointment is needed.
Where do you deliver?
We run out of Arlington, VA and deliver to nearby cities across the DMV. Each city has its own order minimum, delivery fee and typical arrival time — check Delivery Areas before you order.
What are your hours?
We deliver 12pm–9pm. Choose ASAP, pay extra for rush delivery when it's available, or book a 2-hour delivery window up to two weeks ahead.
How long does delivery take?
Most ASAP orders arrive in about 45 minutes, depending on your city and how busy we are. Rush orders jump the line. Scheduled orders arrive inside the 2-hour window you picked.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $20 on orders under $200 and free on orders $200 and up. Your city's minimum order and fee are shown at checkout.
How do I pay?
Pay at the door with debit or cash. You don't pay anything online. Tips for your courier can be added at checkout or given in cash.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. New customers get 10% off their first order automatically. You can also enter a promo code in your bag, and check the Sales page for daily specials.
How do I track my order?
Go to Track Order and enter your order number (FF-XXXXXXXX) from your confirmation email, plus the last 4 digits of your phone number. You'll see when it's packed, out for delivery and delivered.
Is delivery discreet?
Always. Orders come in sealed, smell-proof packaging with no cannabis branding on the outside, and our couriers hand off directly to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it's packed. Once it's out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every product we carry is lab-tested, and THC levels and terpene details are listed on each product page.
